THE RAW MATERIAL AREA: At the time being, Lam Binh District has an area of 3,569 hectares dedicated to fsh farming, of which 3,514 hectares cover the Tuyen Quang hydroelectric reservoir. For this reason, this area is suitable for breeding fsh and poultry such as fat ducks and mallards. It is necessary to attract investments from within and outside of the district in order to mobilize resources for developing the production - processing - sales chain.

GOALS: Building a factory to guarantee the provision of hygienic frozen seafood to supermarkets, restaurants and consumers.

Working with distributors to ensure stable sales of the product.

Creating job security and generating incomes for locals.

SOCIAL - ECONOMIC BENEFITS: Making contributions to raising the targets for socio-economic development in Tuyen Quang Province as a whole and Lam Binh District in particular.

Generating economic benefts for the Investor. Improving fsh and poultry production to supply the market on an annual basis. Raising the living standard for locals.

GROUNDS FOR PROJECT ESTABLISHMENT: The Decision No. 2426/QD-TTg dated December 28, 2015 of the Prime Minister on the approval of amendments made to the master plan for the socio-economic development in Tuyen Quang Province to the year 2020, with the extension to the year 2025.

The Decision No. 186/QD-UBND dated July 06, 2012 of the People’s Committee of Tuyen Quang Province on the approval of the master plan for the socio-economic development of Lam Binh District in the year 2020.

The Resolution No. 01-NQ/HU dated August 01, 2015 of the District Party Committee on the Protocol of the 1st National Congress of the Communist Party of Lam Binh District in the 2015 - 2020 term.
